What is stored

  • Your email address and a hashed password, to sign you in.
  • Your counters: their names, descriptions, counts and public keys.
  • Anonymous totals across all of Notch: clicks, counters created and accounts created.

Cookies

Signing in sets one cookie that keeps you logged in for up to 30 days. There are no analytics or advertising cookies, on this site or in the app.

Who else sees it

Nothing is sold or shared. The site and the API run on hosting providers that may keep standard request logs, such as IP addresses, for security and rate limiting.

Deleting your data

You can delete counters and your account from the dashboard. Delete your counters before your account to remove them too. For anything else, contact @jsmallsdev on X.
